Return to the Sturgis Buffalo Chip during the World’s Largest Bike Rally. AMA Supermoto Vet Nationals included as part of this event on a newly designed track. Also including a Pro Invitational with large CASH purse runs alongside a full slate of amateur classes for all ages and skill levels. Make a summer vacation of this race, the Rally and nearby attractions such as Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills.

Supermoto USA is pleased to announce the 2018 AMA Supermoto VET National Championships. A winner take all event featuring three divisions for racers who are at least 30 years of age. The 3 AMA National Champion divisions are + 30, +40 and + 50 The event will take place Saturday August 11th at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground in Sturgis SD, during the worlds largest Motorcycle Rally. 

Racers will qualify in their divisions thru heat races, and transfer to the Main event for an 18 rider Cash paying final Moto. Top 6 Qualifiers in each division transfer to the main. (Top three from each heat and top three from each semi). $1000.00 cash to the winner. 

Winners in each division will be awarded AMA National Championship titles and plates. The Champions will also be honored at the prestigious American Motorcyclists  Association annual end of year Awards Banquet.

6:45pm – 8:30pm – Free screening of On Any Sunday at the Crossroads Bar
8:30-pm – 9:45pm Lita Ford concert at Wolfman Jack stage
10:30-pm – midnight Kid Rock concert

Friday

9:00am – Registration and Tech inspection / Transponder assignment (Racers must bring helmet to Tech)

11:00am Free Practice 20 minutes each group

1:15pm – Timed Practice (10 minutes Each class)
